Technical Support Specialist

The Pavaso Support Specialist is the first point-of-contact for all incoming customer inquiries and issues concerning the Pavaso website and related applications. This role is responsible for providing outstanding technical service and support to our clients. The Support Specialist must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, adhere to a mandatory timetable of customer communication and resolution times, and be accountable for the complete accuracy of all information provided to the customer or internal personnel. This role must achieve and maintain a thorough knowledge of all PAVASO products, and works closely with the Implementation Team to provide
product knowledge, insight and best practices.

IT Support Technician

The Technician for IT Support will provide basic support, monitoring and maintenance of Pavaso’s corporate environment. This includes employee work stations, Azure configuration, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP configuration and AWS systems monitoring.
